TELEPHONE SERVICE SYSTEM, MONITOR AND MONITORING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine which IP telephone terminal is affected by malformed packet attacks.

SOLUTION: A monitor 100 is connected to IP telephone terminals 10a to 10d, an SIP server 20 and a network 50. The monitor 100 collects the SIP packets transmitted to the IP telephone terminals 10a to 10d, and generates imitation packets imitating the SIP packets. After transmitting the imitation packets to each of the IP telephone terminals to be tested, the monitor 100 determines whether or not an abnormality has occurred in the tested IP telephone terminals.
