<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance prediction apparatus that predicts an accurate time required for a computer system to execute application programs even when the computer system cannot execute application programs. <P>SOLUTION: A log analysis part 114 (an execution log acquisition part) acquires an application log 107 (an execution log) that executes an application 102 in a computer system 101. The log analysis part 114 (a total execution time calculation part, a second execution time calculation part) analyzes the execution log, and calculates a time required for executing the application 102 and a time required for a specific processing.
