<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disconnection when a power supply cable is entangled with the other member such as a crane hook and damaging of the other member by colliding, when a coil lifter is turned. <P>SOLUTION: This coil lifter 10 includes a body 13 turnable to a suspension part 14 for locking the crane hook 51 and a pair of arms 11 openable-closable in the horizontal direction to the body, and suspends a coil in a state of inserting and locking a tip claw 18 of the closed arm into and on an inner diameter space of the coil. This coil lifter 10 includes a power supply cable entanglement preventive device 30 for preventing entanglement when turning the coil by storing a power supply cable 16 for supplying electric power to a control box 17 of the body. This device includes a pedestal 31 fixed to the control box, an outer cover 32 and an inner cover 33 arranged on the pedestal and opening an upper surface. A power supply cable suspended from a crane is stored in a space 40 between these outer-inner covers in a state of loosening by the predetermined length in a turning origin position of the coil lifter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
