<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruding die for manufacturing a semi-hollow material including sufficient durability, capable of manufacturing the semi-hollow material having high quality. <P>SOLUTION: The extruding die 1 includes a die body 2 and a hole plate 5. The die body 2 has a molding hole 3, a tongue part molding part 22 and a tongue opening part molding part 23, and the hole plate 5 has a metal hole 55 linking to a weld chamber 51 on the molding hole upstream side.
