<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert resin molding having a structure for obtaining an exterior appearance with extremely superior quality by easy and reliable positioning and retention of a thermoplastic resin film in a cavity during molding, and to provide a molding method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The molding method for the insert resin molding body includes step (step S1) of preparing a thermoplastic resin film molded larger than a bottom wall of a recess formed on a wall surface partitioning a cavity of a molding die, step (step S2) of warping the thermoplastic resin film to be sandwiched between the mutually opposed sidewalls of the recess and fitted in the recess, and step (step S3) of injecting or filling molten thermoplastic resin into the cavity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
