<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for performing encryption protection in a wireless communications system. <P>SOLUTION: This method comprises the steps of: performing a first encryption process for a first NAS message to get a second NAS message; generating a non-encrypted RRC message in an RRC layer; combining the second NAS message with an RRC message to get a first concatenated message; performing a second encryption process for all the data other than a sequence number field, in the first concatenated message to get a second concatenated message; and transmitting the second concatenated message. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
