The present invention relates to a solid electrolyte for an electrochemical device including a plastic crystal matrix electrolyte doped with an ionic salt, a composite constituted of networks formed by non cross-linked polymers and polymer cross-linked structures, and a manufacturing method for the solid electrolyte. Such an electrolyte has an ionic conductivity as good as a liquid electrolyte due to the use of plastic crystal, and has high mechanical strength - particularly, good flexibility - by applying networks formed by non cross-linked polymers and polymer cross-linked structures. Also, the manufacturing method of the electrolyte according to the present invention has the advantage of a simplified manufacturing process because a solvent is not essentially required. This electrolyte is excellent in both ionic conductivity and mechanical strength in terms of flexibility, and thus is suitable for cable-type batteries of which shapes can be easily modified. |
