The membrane is formed with a middle hole for accommodating a guide pin and injection-molded from a rubber material i.e. elastomer (441) such as silicone rubber, with high gas- and vapor transmission coefficient. The membrane includes gas-and/or vapor passages (445) with tapered wall thickness, and is supported by a carrier (442) when the elastomer includes insufficient shore hardness to generate pretension.
