Disclosed is an enantiomerically pure, solvent-free, crystalline form of a compound of formula 1-base e.g. N-(5-{ 2-[1,1-dimethyl-3-(2-oxo-4,4-dipropyl-4H-benzo[d][1,3]oxazin-1- yl)-propylamino]-1-hydroxy-ethyl} -2-hydroxy-phenyl)-methanesulphonamide wherein R1 and R2 which may be identical or different, denote ethyl or propyl, or together denote -CH2-CH2, -CH2-CH2-CH2, -CH2-CH2-CH2-CH2 or -CH2-CH2-CH2-CH2-CH2- and R3 represents hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, OH, methyl, ethyl, methoxy or ethoxy for the treatment of a respiratory condition.
