<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller, image formation device, and motor control method capable of suppressing generation of step-out of a motor with a simple structure, by measuring a counter electromotive force during rotation. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention includes: a voltage detection means that detects a voltage between coils contained in a stepping motor; an applied-voltage state detection means that detects that a state of an applied voltage applied to the stepping motor is open; and a determination means that determines whether or not the stepping motor is in a step-out state, based on a voltage between the coils when the applied-voltage state is open. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
