<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a heat-insulating interior material which can inhibit a sheet material surrounding an interpolated heat-insulating base material from creasing by the shape feature of the heat-insulating base material. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method is for the heat-insulating interior material 1 of such a construction that the heat-insulating base material 13 is arranged inside a closed space 14 surrounded by an air-impermeable first sheet material 11 and an air-impermeable second sheet material 12. In addition, the method comprises the process PR1 to mold the heat-insulating base material 13, the process PR2 to mold the first sheet material 11 into a shape with a region formed along the shape of one surface 13a of the heat-insulating base material 13, the process PR3 to mold the second sheet material 12 into a shape with a region formed along the shape of the other surface 13b opposite to the one surface 13a of the heat-insulating base material 13, the process PR4 to insert the heat-insulating base material 13 between the first sheet material 11 and the second sheet material 12 and reduce the internal pressure of the space inserted between the first sheet material 11 and the second sheet material 12, and the process PR5 to weld the edge part of each sheet material 11 and 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
