ROLLING PLANT MONITORING DEVICE, ROLLING PLANT MONITORING SYSTEM AND ROLLING PLANT MONITORING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remotely carry out monitoring, operation analysis and defective product analysis with a high speed response on a rolling plant using image data and image information.

SOLUTION: A monitor server at a rolling plant comprises: coil data pack means that extracts data sufficient for analyzing a specific coil based on accumulated image data and image information while associating with a coil name; and coil data accumulating means that accumulates data packed in a coil-unit. A remote monitoring terminal comprises: coil data obtaining means that selects and reads data in a coil-unit from the coil data accumulating means in the monitor server; coil extraction means that selects a coil to be analyzed from the read coils; and synchronous reproduction means that synchronously reproduces the image data and the image information.
