PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform accurate and prompt treatment when the treatment is carried out under an endoscopic observation for pharynx or the like in an air passage.

SOLUTION: The medical assistance device includes: a connection part attachable to an introduction assistance device for assisting introduction of the device into the air passage of the insertion of the medical device; a support member connected with the connection part and oscillatably supporting the insertion part; and a cleansing part for removing foreign matters adhering to the insertion part.
