<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation apparatus etc. which accelerates users' understanding and usage of new functions by simply presenting function explanation, operation methods, etc. to the users. <P>SOLUTION: The image formation apparatus of this invention comprises: authentication means which authenticates the users; recording means which, with execution of a function, records usage history information of the function for each of the users and stores the usage history information; storage means in which the manuals of the functions are stored; determination means which acquires and determines the number of times of the usage results of the functions, for each user, according to the usage history information; and presentation means which presents to the users the manuals of functions where the usage histories by the user is not more than the predetermined number of times. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
