<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signpost connecting foundation construction method executable in a small space, with generation of very little surplus soil, by an extremely simple work, in a short period, and at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: In constructing a foundation B for connecting a signpost thereon, a vertical hole 10 is constructed by excavating ground G by an excavation device 8. Then, in the vertical hole 10, cement blended soil 12 is produced by mixing an excavated soil and water containing cement. Next, an anchor pile 1, which has tabular pull-out prevention bodies 4, 4.. attached on an outer surface of a pile body 2 in a radial pattern along an axial direction, is placed in the cement blended soil 12.
