<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaporization method to obtain target gas with high efficiency by using a Stirling engine without requiring complicated processes and equipment, a vaporization apparatus used for the method and a vaporization system provided with the apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: This vaporization method includes a preparatory process for preparing a vaporization tube 4 covering at least a part of a heat exchange part 6 for cold heat of the Stirling engine 2 and capable of forming an upward flow of liquid from the bottom to the top of the heat exchange part 6, and a vaporization process for forming the upward flow by flowing liquid into the vaporization pipe 4 to be vaporized by being brought into contact with the Stirling engine 2. In the preparatory process, a flow direction of the upward flow is adjusted to suppress occurrence of separated flows of liquid and gas in the vaporization tube 4. In the vaporization process, the liquid flows at a flow rate at which a gas-liquid two-phase flow mixed with liquid and gas therein is formed in the vaporization tube 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
