<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device which enables a simple imaging of a left eye image and a right eye image by means of an ordinary imaging device which images a two-dimensional image. <P>SOLUTION: An optical device comprises a mounting opening to be attached with an imaging device including an image pick-up device having a specified imaging area, a pair of image capture ports disposed in a prescribed direction in parallel and having a similar area to the imaging area, a light guide path communicating between the pair of image capture ports and the mounting opening and a pair of optical elements installed in the light guide path. The specified imaging area is divided into a first imaging area and a second imaging area which are disposed in parallel. A first optical element of the pair of optical elements forms an image in the first imaging area with a light captured from a first image capture port of the pair of image capture ports and a second optical element of the pair of optical elements forms an image in the second imaging area with a light captured from a second image capture port of the pair of image capture ports. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
