<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower equipped with an attachment/removal device that can attach or remove a fan easily. <P>SOLUTION: The blower 1 includes a holding part for holding a part to be held of a motor shaft 21 and a connection part that extends from the holding part in a direction away from the central axis. An operating member 32 includes a joint part that is joined with one connection part of an elastic member 31, an extending part that extends from the joint part in a direction toward the other connection part of the elastic member 31 bypassing the motor shaft, and a pressing part that is located at the end of the extending part.
