<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater cover for a cooker, which is arranged above a heating body of the cooker and which is easily cleaned of oil soil, and to provide the cooker equipped with the same. <P>SOLUTION: The heater cover 14 for the cooker is arranged above the heating body 11 of the cooker 1. The heater cover 14 for the cooker has a plurality of flat face sections 14a, 14b and a bending section 14c connected with the plurality of flat face sections 14a, 14b.
