<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice making method for a cold reserving material of stable chlorine dioxide concentration and a freshness keeping agent capable of simply and inexpensively sterilizing the interior of the cold reserving material, almost preventing decrease of chlorine dioxide during ice making even when increasing chlorine dioxide concentration, stably holding the chlorine dioxide concentration if being reserved as ice, and hardly lowering the concentration of the chlorine dioxide. <P>SOLUTION: The ice making method mixes the chlorine dioxide in prescribed concentration of 0.5-5 ppm or 5-50 ppm in the inside of piping 5 without bringing water and chlorine dioxide water into contact with air when mixing the chlorine dioxide water supplied from the generation of the chlorine dioxide water with water, allows water containing the chlorine dioxide to pass the piping 5 so as to reach the inside of a filling machine 4, allows it to be closed to fill the inside of the filling machine 4, and refrigerates a further closed bag body 8 with a refrigerator to make ice. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
