PURPOSE: A sexual criminal warning approach system is provided to prevent a sex crime by informing the access of sexual criminal. CONSTITUTION: A sexual criminal warning approach system comprises server(140), a plurality of first identification tags(100), a plurality of second identification tags(110), a plurality of identification tag sensors(120), a gateway(130) and a plurality of CCTVs(150). Sever comprises a database and a control module. A plurality of first identification tags periodically transmits a first identification signal which includes first identification information. A plurality of second identification tags periodically transmits a second identification signal which includes second identifying information. A plurality of identification tag sensors senses the first identification signal or the second identification signal which is transmitted from a plurality of firsts or second identification tags. A plurality of identification tag sensors transmits a first sensing signal or a second sensing signal which includes the first or second identification information, visual information, and location information. The gateway transmits first or second sensing signal to the server.
