<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, since a program is started by a PC after installing the program into the PC conventionally, the program can be executed only by the PC in which the program is installed due to installation in the PC, the program cannot be executed by another PC even if another PC is available when the original PC is sent to repair, and there is a risk of losing the program or data during the repair of the original PC. <P>SOLUTION: A program is installed in advance into a USB memory from/to which programs can be freely read/written, and the USB memory is allowed to hold data. Thus the PC can execute the program from the USB memory, without installing the program in the PC.
