<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for a sensor which is excellent in sensitivity and a pressure sensitive sensor including the material for the sensor. <P>SOLUTION: An anisotropic conductive sheet 3 can be elastically deformed at 25°C and capacitance in such a state that 10% compression distortion is given is three times or more capacitance in an undistorted state.
