<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel soup dispenser for distributing ramen soup or stock sauce for Japanese noodle or udon to containers. <P>SOLUTION: Soup stock solution and hot water are fed into a cylinder 2, and are blended to prepare a soup. When a user turns on a discharge switch 3, the prepared soup is extruded by a piston to be discharged from an outlet 5. When the turned-on discharge switch is released, the piston is returned to an initial position, and at the time, the soup stock solution and hot water are fed into the cylinder so that the cylinder is refilled with the soup. The soup dispenser is controlled in such a way that the piston is not operated even if the user turns on the discharge switch unless the temperature of the hot water fed into the cylinder is a prescribed temperature or higher. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
