<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform supply-demand control by suppressing fluctuation of current in a power system. <P>SOLUTION: A power generator agent 10, when the fluctuation width of an output of an own generator exceeds a threshold value, transmits an area request amount update right signal representing that an update right for an area request amount is being requested or being obtained to other power generator agent 10 and a load agent 20, is in standby for receiving the area request amount update right signal, and updates the area request amount if the area request amount update right signal is not received within a predetermined time period, and then transmits the updated area request amount to other power generator agent 10 and the load agent 20. The load agent 20, when the area request amount exceeds a threshold value (positive value), transmits a control right signal representing that the control right for an own load is being requested or being obtained to other load agent 20, is in standby for reception of the control right signal, and causes starting of operation of the own load if the control right signal is not received within a predetermined time period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
