<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide functional bread crumbs having excellent adhesiveness to a food material. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided the functional bread crumbs characterized in that at least any one kind selected from among a fermented seasoning or a fruit-based seasoning adheres to the surface of raw bread crumbs or dried bread crumbs; a method for producing the functional bread crumbs including allowing at least any one kind selected from among the fermented seasoning or the fruit-based seasoning to adhere to the raw bread or dried bread crumbs; and a method for producing a cooked product using the functional bread crumbs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
