<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the priority of businesses based on the information on a troubled business to thereby reduce the burden on a person in charge by efficiently allotting businesses and to enable swift action to businesses with a higher priority and proper evaluation of SLA (Service Level Agreement). <P>SOLUTION: The priority of businesses is calculated in accordance with a priority index calculated based on information on a troubled system, a business category influenced by the trouble, alternative means for the business influenced by the trouble, influenced users (%), gravity of the influence imposed on the users, detailed information on the trouble and delivery requirements. After that, corrective measures are taken and the result of the taken corrective measures is input to a system by a person in charge at an outsource vendor that operates the system.
