<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to reproduce a music piece at a tempo suitable for each individual. <P>SOLUTION: A tempo input operator detects an acceleration when the tempo input operator is swung, and sequentially transmits the acceleration to a main body device. The main body device requests a user to input a reference motion period when the reference motion period is not set in a selected music piece, and obtains a threshold value to determine a motion period and a reference motion period based on the acceleration transmitted by the tempo input operator. Furthermore, the main body device determines whether a certain motion period has been input based on the obtained motion period and threshold value, and, based on a motion period when the certain motion period has been input, determines a reference motion period corresponding to a reference reproduction speed. After the reference motion period is determined, the reference reproduction speed is controlled according to the motion period and the reference motion period based on the acceleration transmitted by the tempo input operator during reproduction of the music piece. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
