<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication terminal 20 which is capable of starting data transmission quickly and preventing traffic from increasing in a system in which data is wirelessly relayed through another radio communication terminal 20. <P>SOLUTION: A radio communication terminal 20 of the invention does not relay a packet which it has transmitted once, received twice, or received at received power equal to or more than a prescribed threshold value.
