FILE MANAGEMENT DEVICE, FILE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM AND FILE MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a file confidential without using a storage unit excessively.

SOLUTION: A file management device manages a hierarchized ROLE, and an ID and a password of a user terminal, and generates a public key and a secret key which correspond to each ROLE. When receiving a request to upload, download, transfer or delete a file after authentication processing using the ID and the password, the file management device performs encryption processing with the public key corresponding to the relevant ROLE and also performs decryption processing using the secret key corresponding to the relevant ROLE.
