摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of reducing the power consumption by appropriately recycling electric charge among plural transmission lines on the semiconductor device. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device according to the invention comprises: a transmission line (GBL); an inverting circuit (IV) that inverts the logic of signal and outputs it; first and second switches (Q1 and Q2) each of which controls connection between the input side and the output side of the transmission line and the inverting circuit; and a third switch (Q3) that controls the connection between the neighboring transmission lines. In a state that the signal of transmission line is held by the inverting circuit, the first and second switches are set to a non-continuity state to hold the transmission line in a floating state, and a third switch is set to a continuity state for a predetermined period of time to share the charge between the neighboring transmission lines or preferably to a substantially identical potential, and then the transmission line is inverted and driven through the inverting circuit and the second switch; thereby the power consumption can be reduced by appropriately recycling the electric charge among the transmission lines when the neighboring transmission line inverts and drives the inverting logic signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
