<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with cases where data is not written in a tag in which data should be written, data supposed to have been written is rewritten, and so on. <P>SOLUTION: An RFID apparatus comprises, as a constituent, a read/write means for performing read/write operations for an RFID tag.
