<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level shift circuit which prevents a malfunction when dv/dt is applied, transmits a signal from low side to high side, and operates in a wide range even at a low voltage. <P>SOLUTION: The level shift circuit includes a pulse generating circuit 10 which turns on/off a transistor MN3 and a transistor MN4, a series circuit in which one end of a first resistor R1 is connected to a third resistor R9 and another end of the first resistor R1 is connected to diodes D3 to D6 which have non-linear characteristics and are turned on when a fixed or more dv/dt transient signal is applied, a series circuit in which one end of a second resistor R2 is connected to the diodes and another end of the second resistor R2 is connected to a fourth resistor R10 having a resistance value equal to that of the third resistor, a control section which generates a set signal when the MN3 is ON, and a reset signal when the MN4 is ON and generates no signal when there is no voltage difference between a potential of a drain of the MN3 and a potential of a drain of the MN4, and a flip flop 12 which outputs an output signal obtained by level-shifting an input signal based on the set signal and the reset signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
