<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension that enables both a dispersion design of stress at the suspension and an optimum design of a resonance frequency at a vibration sensor or speaker to be compatible with each other, whereby the suspension has excellent linearity and concentration of stress on a specific place of a support arm can be prevented, thereby preventing breaking of the support arm. <P>SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of support arms of a suspension has an outer peripheral joint portion joined to an outer peripheral fixing portion, an inner peripheral joint portion joined to an inner peripheral movable portion, and an arm portion for joining the outer peripheral joint portion and the inner peripheral joint portion. Widths of the outer peripheral joint portion and the inner peripheral joint portion are wider than the width of the arm portion, the arm portion has a corrugated portion having a plurality of continuous semicircular arcs, and apexes of the semicircular arcs of the corrugated portion are arranged so as to alternately project into an inside and outside of an extension of an arm portion center arc defining the arm portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
