<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience in a system for preventing a plug from being left forgotten to be removed. <P>SOLUTION: When an unlocking switch 23 is operated in a state where a power supply plug 9 is inserted into a charging port 10a, warning is given that the power supply plug 9 is in an inserted state. Accordingly, before getting in a vehicle, a user can recognize that the power supply plug 9 is left forgotten to be removed, and the power supply plug 9 can be removed.
