Disclosed is an intervention medical device and preparation thereof. The external surface of the intervention medical device has at least one layer of coating, and material of the outer most layer in the coating is a polymer having sulfonic group. When the intervention medical device is implanted in the human body, and under environment of body fluid, the surface of the intervention medical device can form a hydrophilic surface and carry negative charge, thereby enhancing its biocompatibility. Because of the same surface behavior with heparin, the material has good anti-blood coagulation property, thereby preventing thrombus from being formed and reducing incidence of postoperative complication. |
