Disclosed is a liquid mixing device that decreases variations in concentration along the flow direction of a mobile phase. Also disclosed is a liquid chromatograph using a liquid mixing device. The disclosed liquid mixing device comprises a flow channel unit comprising: an input channel; a branching section located downstream of the input channel; a plurality of branch channels that branch from the branching section; a junction section where the branch channels merge; and an output channel downstream of the junction section. Each branch channel is different from the others in at least one way, such as width, depth, length, or structures packed inside the channel. This makes the amount of time it takes a liquid to flow through each branch channel different.
