<p>A cooler capable of generating a turbulent flow in a cooling medium and capable of being manufactured at reduced manufacturing cost. A cooler is provided with two or more wave-shaped corrugated fins disposed in series in the direction of flow of fluid, and the corrugated fins are provided with fin flow passages formed by opposing fin sections. Bent sections are formed so as to protrude into the fin flow passages in the direction of the wave shape of the fin sections of the corrugated fins.</p> |
