<p>A waist and abdomen exercise device comprises: at least one track base (1); at least one bracket (2, 3), which is provided at the bottom of the track base (1); at least one support bar (4, 5), having a connecting end and a supporting end, the connecting end being pivotably connected to the track base (1), and the supporting end being movable on the track base (1) along a curved path; and at least one knee supporter (6), which is provided on the supporting bar (4, 5).
