<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel hybrid vehicle capable of avoiding a large increase in capacity or a large increase in weight thanks to no employment of mechanical rotation-rate adjusting unit such as a clutch, and capable of avoiding a drive loss and an energy loss due to a motor even without zero torque control by a motor inverter. <P>SOLUTION: The parallel hybrid vehicle drives either vehicular front wheels or vehicular rear wheels with an engine as a drive source, and drives the another wheels which the engine does not drive with a motor as a drive source. A drive force of the motor is transmitted to the wheels via a motor reduction-gear, and the motor reduction-gear has a switching mechanism between engagement/release of a sleeve with/from a clutch gear. The parallel hybrid vehicle includes a control unit which controls the sleeve and the clutch gear to the engagement state so that the drive force of the motor is transmitted to the wheels via the motor reduction-gear. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
