<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing condition determination system for a metal band material that facilitates determining an appropriate manufacturing condition. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing condition determination system for a metal band material includes a manufacturing process classification database 500 that associates and stores a manufacturing process of a metal band material and a manufacturing process classification to which the manufacturing process belongs; a material defect database 600 that stores material defect information relating to the manufacturing process classification; and a quality information retrieval part 100 that adds the material defect information to a manufacturing history of a manufacturing history database 400. A quality state calculation part 50 determines a manufacturing process classification using the material defect database 600 based on the manufacturing history of the manufacturing history database 400 and material defect information of a quality information database 310, further determines a manufacturing process relating to the manufacturing process classification using the manufacturing process classification database 500, and then calculates the relationship between the manufacturing condition and quality of the metal band material.
