<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment simulation method capable of improving the prediction accuracy of a cooling curve, etc. of a work in a heat processing analysis by calculating a heat transfer coefficient considering a heat transfer for reasons other than a convection of a cooling medium and by continuously forming the work with a heat transfer coefficient responding to generation of transformation latent heat of the work in the heat processing analysis. <P>SOLUTION: The heat treatment simulation method includes: a thermal fluid analysis process for calculating the total heat flux q on the wall surface of a work in each predetermined period of time by summation of radiation heat flux qr, boiling heat flux qb and convective heat flux qc and for calculating the first wall surface temperature tw of the work and the atmospheric temperature tf of a cooling medium; a coefficient calculation process for calculating a virtual heat transfer coefficient α' which is a virtual heat transfer coefficient of the wall surface of the work; and a heat treatment analysis process for calculating heat flux Q on the wall surface of the work on the basis of the virtual heat transfer coefficient α' calculated from the first wall surface temperature tw, calculating the second wall surface temperature Tw of the work, and thereby predicting a cooling curve of the work. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
