<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a method, and an apparatus for virtualizing TPM access. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus includes: a CPU core to execute a software program; a manageability engine which is coupled to the CPU core, receives a trusted platform module (TPM) command requested by the software, and processes the TPM command utilizing a management firmware by at least creating a TPM network packet; and a network interface coupled to the manageability engine to transmit the TPM network packet to a remote TPM that is external to an information processing apparatus.
