<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interval holding rod that maintains at a prescribed interval forms used in a concrete structure which prevent a bar in concrete from corroding due to rusts and salt damage. <P>SOLUTION: After the entire circumference between an interval rod in the middle part of a holding core rod and screw parts at both ends is cleaned with a solvent as the surface treatment, the entire circumference is subjected to blast treatment and base coat treatment to be baked, after which as the top coat a painting coating layer 3 is composed by baking and coating with an epoxy paint and a fluorine paint. The holding core rod is composed of three components: a central core rod 6 and both end core rods 7 at both sides, which are concatenated by a connecting nut 8 so that the length of the central core rod 6 can be determined freely. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
