<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polishing belt movement control system of a polishing/lifting and feeding device which allows a polishing belt to be used effectively to the end. <P>SOLUTION: When a remaining quantity of the polishing belt is less than a winding quantity of the polishing belt that can be wound with a single winding operation by a winding device, the polishing belt movement control system determines whether to perform notification urging replacement of the used polishing belt based on the remaining quantity of the polishing belt corresponding to unused portions thereof, and the total number of dirty Pachinko balls (step S22). This eliminates situations of a Pachinko parlor side in which the polishing belt must be replaced according to the replacement notification irrespective of the fact that most of the unused portion remains.
