<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present more accurate information on a remaining capacity of a storage area in accordance with an application. <P>SOLUTION: When an application for saving data to a captured image storage unit M3 and the like of a storage unit 13 is operated, a central control unit 11 classifies the empty area of the captured image storage unit M3 into a plurality of writable speed categories based on the writable speed of the captured image storage unit M3, and calculates the capacity of the empty area of the captured image storage unit M3 of each classified writable speed category, and displays in a display unit 17 the capacity of the empty area of each writable speed category in association with the calculated writable speed category along with the total capacity, or the capacity of written area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
