<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rearview mirror device suppressing large-sizing of an attaching part between the rearview mirror device and a vehicle body, in a rearview mirror device with an electrical component such as a direction indicator integrally formed. <P>SOLUTION: The rearview mirror device includes: a rearview mirror 20; a direction indicator 18; a housing 12 containing them and attached to a motorcycle A via a stay 8; and an attachment base 7 attached to the motorcycle A and rotatably supporting the stay 8. A supported part 8c to be turnably supported by the attachment base 7 is formed on one longitudinal end 8a of the stay 8. A housing supporting part 34 connecting the housing 12 is formed on the another longitudinal end 8b of the stay 8. A cable 17 is inserted into the stay 8. A cable insertion path 19 with a cable lead-out port 24 and a lead-in port 30 is formed between both the longitudinal ends 8a, 8b of the stay 8.
