<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel process for producing an organoaminosilane compound which can inexpensively and safely obtain an organoaminosilane compound having no Si-OR bond at all in a high yield. <P>SOLUTION: The process for producing an organoaminosilane compound comprises reacting an organodialkoxysilane compound represented by formula (1): R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>SiOR<SP POS="POST">3</SP>OR<SP POS="POST">4</SP>and an organoamine compound represented by formula (2): R<SP POS="POST">5</SP>R<SP POS="POST">6</SP>NH with an alkylmagnesium compound represented by formula (3): R<SP POS="POST">7</SP>MgX to obtain an organoaminosilane compound represented by formula (4): R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>Si(NR<SP POS="POST">5</SP>R<SP POS="POST">6</SP>)<SB POS="POST">2</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
