The present invention relates to a novel thiourea or urea derivative, a preparation method thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating AIDS, containing the same as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the thiourea or urea derivative inhibits the expression of HIV, thereby showing excellent HIV inhibitory activities, and thus can be used to prevent or treat AIDS.
