<p>The device (1) has a control device (10) for controlling drive torque of an electromotor (6) of a vehicle (4). The control device is formed such that the control device reduces the drive torque of the electromotor during gear change of gearshifts (8, 15). The electromotor supports a drive (5) by human force during inserting gears of the gearshifts. A rotational torque acquisition apparatus (17) detects falling below of a threshold value. The rotational torque acquisition apparatus is formed as a position sensor and a torque sensor (28) that is arranged on a pedal or hand crankshaft (22).
